I acquired a TR505 recently and I like it as it is. I have use d them in the past and they are kinda corny, but easy to use once you figure it out. The problem with this one I just got is that the Tempo light remains on at all times. Everything else works.
It did have some old exploded AA batteries in it, however after I cleaned that all out, the red light stayed on. Of course, now it even saves patches, since I restored the battery terminals.
Is this some sort of indicator that the internal battery needs to be replaced?
I cannot find ANY information on it and if it is something easy like this, I can handle it.
Is there an internal battery test that I am missing?
